Aluminum alloy is an important data for home windows and doors. Because of the different requirements for aluminum alloy doors and windows, there are many home-made aluminum alloy doors and windows that are customized. So what is the manufacturing process of aluminum alloy doors and windows, and what are the installation specifications? Let's take a look.
Manufacturing process of aluminum alloy doors and windows:
The manufacturing process of aluminum alloy doors and windows is divided into four steps: 1. Cutting material → 2. Drilling → 3. Assembling → 4. Maintenance or packaging
1. Broken material
Cutting material, also known as "blanking", is the first and key process of aluminum alloy doors and windows manufacturing. Cutting equipment should be used firstly for cutting materials. The length of data should be determined according to the planning requirements and referring to the construction details of doors and windows, which requires accurate cutting; otherwise, it is difficult to ensure the squareness of doors and windows, and the error value of cutting size should be controlled within 2mm. Generally speaking, the right angle cutting is suitable for sliding doors and windows; 45 ° angle cutting is suitable for flat opening doors and windows; the cutting method should be selected according to the assembly method for other types of doors and windows.
The frame and leaf assembly of aluminum alloy doors and windows is generally connected by screws, so whether it is the assembly of the arc bar members or the fixation of accessories, drilling holes should be made in the corresponding direction. For profile drilling, small bench drill or * * type electric drill can be used. The former can be used to ensure the accuracy of drilling position because of its working table; the latter is due to convenient operation. Before drilling, the line shall be snapped on the profile according to the assembly requirements. The drilling direction shall be accurate and the hole diameter shall be appropriate. It is not allowed to change the drilling hole repeatedly on the profile surface. Once the hole is formed, it is difficult to correct it.
According to the requirements of the construction detail drawing, the profiles are connected and assembled by connecting pieces with screws. There are three assembly methods of aluminum alloy doors and windows, including 45 ° angle butt joint, right angle butt joint and straight butt joint. For the connection of the arc pole, the special connector or aluminum angle is generally selected, and then the screws, bolts or aluminum studs are used for fixing, and the rest is packaging and maintenance.
