The doors and windows of buildings are the components of the peripheral structure of buildings, and are the most sensitive parts of heat exchange of buildings. The energy consumption per unit area of doors and windows is 5-6 times of that of walls, and the heat loss of doors and windows accounts for more than 40% of the whole building. There are three ways of heat loss of building doors and windows: first, heat conduction loss through aluminum alloy profiles; second, radiation heat loss through glass; third, air convection heat loss through the gap between doors and windows. Therefore, the production of thermal insulation and energy-saving aluminum alloy doors and windows should also be considered from these three aspects.
1. Aluminum alloy profiles
The thermal conductivity of most thermal alloys is high. In order to make thermal insulation glass, it is necessary to select the profile with heat insulation bridge treatment, that is, to cut off the heat conduction path of the profile, so as to achieve the purpose of thermal insulation.
Insulation doors and windows need to use insulating glass, because the cavity between the insulating glass is filled with dry and static air, which greatly reduces the thermal conductivity. Therefore, the insulating glass has excellent heat insulation, sound insulation, frost resistance and condensation resistance. The thickness of commonly used insulating glass is 5-6mm, and the common cavity thickness is 9mm and 12mm.
3. Sealing material
The sealant used for thermal insulation doors and windows shall be weather resistant, the sealant strip shall be chloroprene rubber products with excellent ozone corrosion resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance, and more than three sealant strips shall be set at the opening and overlapping part of door and window leaves.
