The doors and windows of buildings are the components of the peripheral structure of buildings, and are the most sensitive parts of heat exchange of buildings. The energy consumption per unit area of doors and windows is 5-6 times of that of walls, and the heat loss of doors and windows accounts for more than 40% of the whole building. There are three ways of heat loss of building doors and windows: first, heat conduction loss through aluminum alloy profiles; second, radiation heat loss through glass; third, air convection heat loss through the gap between doors and windows. 1. Aluminum alloy profiles
Aluminum alloy is a good conductor of heat, and its thermal conductivity is relatively high. The heat insulation of the profiles should be made of heat insulation, that is to say, heat insulation should be made of heat insulation bridge.
Insulation doors and windows need to use insulating glass, because the cavity between the insulating glass is filled with dry and static air, which greatly reduces the thermal conductivity. Therefore, the insulating glass has excellent heat insulation, sound insulation, frost resistance and condensation resistance. The thickness of commonly used insulating glass is 5-6mm, and the common cavity thickness is 9mm and 12mm.
3. Sealing material
For windows and doors, the anti-aging sealant of chloroprene rubber with excellent anti-aging performance shall be selected for the door and window with good anti-aging performance.
